About Me

I've always been an eater. I love the taste, the smell, the texture. Perhaps it was starting to be a problem. When it was time to feed our first child, Hudson, I knew we wanted to do it right. Luckily he has been open to try new things, up to a point. We started this blog together to share recipes and ideas to other food-obsessed parents.

I'm hoping to post easy to follow, and delicious recipes for busy parents. Now that Hudson has a little sister, Paradise, it's harder to get good food on the table. But it starts at the farmer's market and grocery store. We make choices and our children are learning by our lead.

I am Chinese-American and I was fortunate enough to have a mom that cooked amazing Chinese meals.  I still enjoy shopping at our local Asian market and introducing my kids to Chinese ingredients.  I pass on to you my multi-cultural experiences and personal fusion techniques.

Please leave your comments or email me:  me[at]charong[dot]com.  I love hearing from other food-loving parents.

Thanks for checking me out!

Best,
Charong Chow
